Oltek™ Pleated Cartridge Filter will reliably and effectively resolve the contaminants present in well injection fluids that can lead to formation blockage ultimately decreasing productivity. The high-quality cartridge is specifically manufactured for the filtration of oilfield fluids and its fully thermal welded construction ensures safe operation and optimum filtration performance.

Oilfield wastewater mostly relates to drilling, well-washing, and oil (gas) sewage. It has the characteristics of having a high salt and oil content. And oilfield water injection has recently emerged as one of the key strategies for enhancing oilfield recovery.

The effectiveness of oilfield development as well as the life of the oilfield development depend on the quality of the injection of water into the oilfield. To ensure that the water injection meets the necessary water quality criteria, the filtering procedure for oilfield water injection must be carefully planned.

Brother Filtration Oltek™ pleated filter cartridge can filter a variety of oilfield fluids, including drilling fluids, workover fluids, well completion fluids, gravel pack fluids, injection & generated water, and diesel, thanks to their wide chemical compatibility. The Oltek™ cartridge’s distinctive design enables it to function at high flow rates while creating a little pressure drop and a high capacity for pollutant loading.

The Oltek™ pleated filter cartridge is made of PP and glass fiber. In comparison to depth media of micron rating filters, the pleated design of Oltek™ has superior flow characteristics and a very low-pressure drop, which increases the filtration area.

Our special designed Oltek™ pleated filter cartridge has a one-piece rigid outer case and is available for outer netting. And it has a standard size, which makes it fit for different brands.
